CrewPass is a self-issued digital media pass for film, TV, and media crew. Your pass lives on your phone — no account, no tracking, nothing collected.
My Wallet pass won't add
Adding to Wallet needs a network connection — the pass is signed on our server and returned to your phone. Try again on Wi-Fi or cellular. Nothing you send is stored.
How do I change my photo or details?
Tap Edit on the home screen. Re-add the pass to Wallet afterwards so the Wallet copy matches.
Is this an official credential?
No — CrewPass identifies you and your production, like a business card. It's not a government ID and doesn't claim to be.
